There are currently five types of Elemental damage in Save the World: Physical, Fire, Water, Nature, and Energy. These elemental damage types affect both weapons and monsters: on weapons, elemental damage is a perk and players can plan which weapons to bring into missions to use against elemental enemies; in missions, players may wish to build using a certain material to better defend against certain elemental enemy types.
Physical Damage
Damage Type | vs Fire | vs Water | vs Nature | vs Physical | vs Wood | vs Stone | vs Metal |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Physical | 50% | 50% | 50% | 100% | 100% | 100% | 100% |
Physical damage was added to the game in Patch 4.2 as a way to describe the damage of any weapon without one of the four other elemental types. Up until Patch 4.2, Physical was the default damage type for any weapon without an elemental damage Perk.
