- Ability Rebalance
- Anti-Material Charge
- We found that Anti-Material Charge’s resource gathering damage was being overvalued. As a result, we have increased the base while lowering its cost and cooldown to make it both an effective gathering tool and a relevant combat ability.
- Increased width by 100%.
- Increased base damage from 39 to 90.
- Lowered cooldown from 30 to 12 seconds.
- Lowered cost from 35 to 30 stamina.
- Anti-Material Charge
- Hero Abilities that lock the character's movement can no longer be interrupted by knockback. The following abilities have been adjusted to use this new behaviour:
- ‘Phase Shift’
- ‘Shockwave’
- ‘Bullrush’
- ‘Dragonslash’

Patch 2.4.0 (January 31, 2018)
- The Anti-Material Charge hitbox will more reliably hit enemies in front of the Outlander on startup.
- Anti-Material charge will now apply the full bonus damage when "Long Arm of the Law" is unlocked.
- Now the Ability will go the expected distance.
- Fixed an issue that caused the Anti-Material Charge ability to cancel itself if used without being fully charged.
- This issue occurred when the Charged Fist perk was equipped.

1.6 Patch Notes (September 12, 2017)
- Fixed issue where the Outlander's Anti-material Charge ability would destroy a vehicle that had a survivor on top of it, no matter where the Outlander was facing.
