Suppressed Assault Rifle is an Assault Rifle in Battle Royale & available in Rare, Epic and Legendary variants. It uses 
Medium Bullets and has a headshot multiplier of x1.5. The Suppressed Assault Rifle, as its name implies, is a silenced weapon that constantly shoots bullets that do moderate damage. It has incredible accuracy for the first few shots it fires but quickly loses this property when continuously firing. In Chapter 1, when the Epic & Legendary were the only one to exist, they were found from floor loot, Chests, Vending Machines, and its Legendary variant can also be found in Supply Drops and Buried Treasure. The Suppressed Assault Rifle itself and the Buried Treasure were both vaulted on the initial patch of Season 9.
The Suppressed Assault Rifle was Vaulted in Season 9, making it only available in Creative, Playground and the Unvaulted and Sneaky Silencers LTMs. It was vaulted due to reducing the amount of suppressed weapons in the game, the Drum Gun was unvaulted, and because it was too overpowered, having the same stats in Legendary variant had same stats as Rare Assault Rifle, and more silent, however when firing continuously is less accurate than the Rare Assault Rifle.
The Suppressed Assault Rifle has been unvaulted for 24 hours on July 8th, 2019. Following the Bolt-Action Sniper Rifle, this is the 14th and the last item to be unvaulted in the 14 Days of Summer event.
The weapon was soon unvaulted due to the Combat Shotgun, Drum Shotgun and the Proximity Grenade Launcher being vaulted in the 10.20.2 Patch, and right before that we saw the Drum Gun also vaulted.
The Suppressed Assault Rifle was vaulted again in Chapter 2 to reduce the number of items in the game. However, the Suppressed Assault Rifle's Legendary variant has been temporarily unvaulted in Patch 11.3, it could only be found from Presents! before being vaulted in Patch 11.3.1 Content Update #3. And on Patch 12.0, the Epic and Legendary variants were unvaulted completely, while the Rare variant can only be obtained from eliminating Henchmen. And finally, the Suppressed Assault Rifle has been vaulted once again on Patch 13.00. It was vaulted because it wasn't used that much and the Assault Rifle is always chosen more.
In Spy Games, the Suppressed Assault Rifle (aka Assault Rifle +) is Tier 29 for Ghost.
Also in Patch 13.0, it's Headshot Damage Multiplier was demoted from x2 to x1.5. (Now dealing only 45/48/49 instead of 60/64/66)
For the moment, the Rare Suppressed Assault Rifle has not been added to Creative yet.

Strategy[]
- The Suppressed Assault Rifle starts off as the most accurate rifle in the game but quickly falls off to being one of the least accurate guns after merely seven shots. Due to this, it is usually advised to fire in short bursts of four to five shots to ensure its initial accuracy is used well.
- The Suppressed Assault Rifle is best suited to more sneaky players who want to stay low and take shots when it counts. The gun is silenced and cannot be heard past 50 meters, making it more suited to somewhat long ranges of combat, and its initial accuracy makes it very likely for many shots to be hit in one short burst.
- The Legendary Suppressed Assault Rifles do the same damage as the Rare Assault Rifle, meaning it takes one more shot to eliminate opponents than the Epic and Legendary variants of the Assault Rifle.
- The Epic Suppressed Assault Rifle deals 1 more damage than the Uncommon Assault Rifle, so you should choose the Epic Suppressed Assault Rifle over a Uncommon Aassault Rifle.
- The gun is able to gain first shot accuracy incredibly quickly. This combined with its silenced aspect makes it acceptable at ranges where sniper rifles would usually be viable.
- Since buildings are big, it is usually possible to continuously fire and destroy buildings without worrying about bullet spread.

Trivia[]
- The weapon is based on the Epic and Legendary Assault Rifles, which in themselves are based on the FN Herstal Mk 16, better known as the SCAR-L, originally developed alongside the Mk 17 or SCAR-H for the US SOCOM's Special Operations Forces Combat Assault Rifle program and introduced in 2009.
- The Suppressed Assault Rifle has a higher bullet spread than its counterpart Legendary Assault Rifles. However, it can shoot with 100% accuracy only 1 frame before its counterpart. This means it has a higher overall bullet spread.
- The Suppressed Assault Rifle is one of the five weapons to be unvaulted for the 14 Days of Summer event and then later being unvaulted into public matches later on. The other 4 weapons are the Tactical Submachine Gun, Double Barrel Shotgun, Six Shooter and the Bolt-Action Sniper Rifle.
- It was vaulted and unvaulted 4 times, but 3 times as a special weapon (Ghost henchmen, Presents, 14 days of summer)
- It is impossible to hear it past 50 meters.
- The Epic and Legendary variants exclusive to Spy Games deal the same damage as an Assault Rifle.
