Missions are series of thematic objectives in Battle Royale that grant rewards. Completing missions will reward unique items such as Battle Stars, XP, Selectable styles for cosmetics and more. There are three types of missions: Battle Pass Missions, Themed Missions, and Mystery Missions.

Missions were added to Battle Royale at the start of Season 10, replacing weekly and daily challenges. Missions have continued to Chapter 2 Season 1, but it seems that Battle Pass Missions may have been removed. Mystery Missions also seem to be removed, due to the secret skin seeming to be unlocked from the Event Challenges.

Season 10/X Missions[edit | edit source]

Battle Pass Missions[edit | edit source]

Battle Pass Missions are multiple sets of missions that, as they say in their name, are only available to Battle Pass owners. New sets of Battle Pass Missions are revealed every Thursday, and these missions will be available to complete until the end of the season; much like the old weekly challenges that they replaced, however three sets of Battle Pass Missions were added at the start of the season. Once all of a normal set of missions are completed, the Prestige variants will become available. These missions are much tougher but offer better rewards.

Themed Missions[edit | edit source]

Themed Missions are also multiple sets of missions that are avaliable to all players. Unlike Battle Pass Missions, these Missions can only be completed within the timespan of the week that they are revealed for or else their rewards and challenges won’t be available ever again. The Themed Missions will reset every Thursday, bringing a new set of challenges. After that, one challenge will be revealed every day until the Thursday reset again.

Mystery Missions[edit | edit source]

Mystery Missions are another set of missions that are also exclusive to Battle Pass owners only. Completing all these missions rewards a unique and secret outfit along with a back bling and many battle stars. Only one set of Mystery Missions will be revealed per season, and those missions will be available until the last weeks of the seasons.

Chapter 2 Season 1 Missions[edit | edit source]

The Missions have changed starting Chapter 2 Season 1, combining Battle Pass Missions and Themed Missions from Season 10 to a different kind of Themed Missions. These missions reward XP, along with a loading screen upon completing 8 out of the 11 challenges available. The first missions were released on the start of Chapter 2 Season 1 on Tuesday, and the second missions were released two days afterwards, but since have now went back to being released weekly on Thursdays. However, there is one set of Battle Pass Missions in Chapter 2 Season 1 rewarded after earning the Level 100 skin in the Chapter 2 Season 1 Battle Pass, Fusion. The missions once unlocked, are available to complete until season end. On December 12th, two new missions appeared, one of those challenges, similar to Battle Pass Missions, have Prestige Missions along with it. Near the end of the season, a set of Overtime Challenges became available as missions, most likely meaning that overtime missions will be unlocked weekly.
