Strategy[edit | edit source]

  • The Assault Rifle is the main choice for every player's arsenal, as they have good damage and great range, allowing for medium to long range attacks. They can also be used for close range, but they will not deal as much damage as a Shotgun.
  • Because of the plenty capacity of 30 rounds per magazine, one can shoot continuously for suppressive fire against a target, but the recoil will reduce accuracy, making it difficult to damage the target, especially at longer ranges.
  • Being one of the most common weapons in the game, the player can make use of it as a replacement for most pistols and submachine guns, and a good substitute for sniper rifles when used correctly, reserving space for a shotgun and anything the player may need, such as consumables and items.

November 22, 2017 Hotfix

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • Although all rarities of the Assault Rifle are officially referred to as "Assault Rifle", the community frequently refers to the Common, Uncommon, and Rare variants as the M16 or M4, and the Epic and Legendary variants as the SCAR, due to their resemblance to the real life guns with those names.
  • Common, Uncommon, and Rare variants of the Assault Rifle have a skulls printed on the sides, while the Epic and Legendary variants have dents around it, representing scars, as a reference to their inspiration's name.
